We process orders Monday through Friday. Each order will be handled within 3 to 5 days of being placed and shipped the day after processing is completed.
Our standard shipping time is 10 to 15 days, and we kindly ask for your patience as we update your logistics status.
Many of our products are entirely handcrafted. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we need 1–2 weeks to produce these handmade items, which may result in longer delivery times.

Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders are delivered via the local postal service, meaning you will receive your package with your regular mail. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
