Cancellation

We are pleased to accept order cancellations prior to the shipment or production of your product. Should you choose to cancel within this window, you will be entitled to a full refund. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

Returns are accepted for eligible products, with customers retaining the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt. For a return to be considered valid, the item must be unused, maintained in the condition in which it was received, and kept in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to finalize the return process. Please note that returns should not be sent to the manufacturer; all returns must be directed through our team.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its delivery. We will also advise you of the outcome of your refund request—whether approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1 to 5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund after the processing period, we suggest first checking your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
